Students who are 16 years of age or older and need a high school degree or equivalent to enter a university.

These preparatory courses consist of 5 courses (English Writing, English Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies) for the qualifying exam for a high school degree. With passing the exam, a student earns a U.S. high school diploma equivalency certificate. It enables a student to advance to universities in the U. S. and Canada.

To enhance academic English abilities for university-level classes, the Pre-UBCE program provides in-depth academic English courses and intensive TOEFL classes.

The program goes beyond language and academic qualifications to include college readiness training. This encompasses familiarizing students with the U.S. college environment, study techniques, cultural adaptation, and other essential skills for navigating university life.

Upon successful completion of the Pre-UBCE program, students advance to the UBCE Expedite program where they can immediately start college degree programs. For more information
